At Vote My Cutie, we’ve made it easy for parents to register their little stars and for supporters to cast their votes — safely, fairly, and with a touch of excitement.

Step 1: Register Your Cutie

Every competition starts with a one-month registration period.

  • Parents or guardians complete a short online form and upload their child’s best photo.

  • Once submitted, our team reviews the entry to make sure it meets our safety and quality standards.

  • Approvals take up to 3 business days, and once approved, you’ll receive an email confirming that your contestant’s profile is live and ready to be seen!

🕒 Registrations stay open for about 27 days. After that, no new contestants can be added — and the voting begins!

Step 2: Voting Opens

When registrations close, supporters can now cast their votes to help their favorite contestant win!

You’ll see two buttons under each contestant’s photo:

  • View Profile → Takes you to the contestant’s personal page, where you can see their full photo, details, and cast your vote directly from their profile.

  • Vote Now → Opens a quick off-canvas voting window where you can select how many votes you want to buy instantly.

Each vote costs R1, but the more votes you buy, the bigger your discount — thanks to our tiered pricing system.

Once you select your vote bundle, you’ll be redirected to your cart page, where you can:

  • Add or remove votes,

  • Type in the exact number of votes you want, and

  • See your total discount update automatically.

Payments are then made securely through our integrated payment gateways (PayGate or PayFast).

💡 Votes are counted in real time and displayed under each contestant’s image — completely transparent and updated live.

Step 3: Winners & Prizes

When the voting period ends (after one month), our team tallies up all verified votes.

  • The contestants with the highest number of votes are declared winners.

  • Winners are contacted directly via the parent or guardian’s registered email.

  • Prizes are funded by RVRB Holdings (Pty) Ltd and our official brand partners or sponsors.

Each competition brings exciting rewards and new opportunities for our little stars to shine!

Step 4: Competition Cycle

Our competitions run on a two-month cycle:

  • Month 1 → Registrations open for new contestants.

  • Month 2 → Voting period begins.

While we announce the winners from one round, registrations for the next round open immediately — so there’s always another chance to join the fun!
